YOUR LAWYER FOR

LAWYER, TENANCY LAW AND NEIGHBOUR LAW SPECIALIST

Disagreements can get out of hand. For instance those between a landlord and a tenant of a house or office accommodation. It may be about rent arrears or damage to or defects in a building, and the matter who will pay for the costs. But also conflicts between neighbours, for instance about rights of way, a plot of land, a tree in a backyard or noise. Those are all matters which I like to resolve.

As a lawyer I know my way in real estate law, and in this area of law I have specialized in tenancy and neighbour law. As a result of that I know that in both these legal fields emotions can really flare up. But of course we wish to prevent escalations. That is why I will always first see if an amicable settlement with the opposite party is possible, without going to court. But if there is no other solution you can rely on me in court, of course. In my specialist fields it is essential to be able to empathise with others in their situation, and manage emotions. Being able to really listen and understand the position of the opposite party is important, too. It helps you anticipate to that. And, if necessary I will often go and take a look at the local situation. That gives me a better idea of the matter and helps to make our case as strong as possible.

In more than 15 years during which I have been active as a lawyer I have supported both landlords and tenants. Private individuals and entrepreneurs. The local baker as well as businesses with an extensive property portfolio. People living in a detached house and in an apartment. In short: I am there to support anyone who needs legal assistance.
